    • Cost: Free for orders over £25

    • Automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders!

  2. Standard Economy Shipping

    • Cost: £2.99 for orders under £25

    • Delivery Time: 3-5 working days

    • If you're happy to wait a little longer for delivery

  3. First Class Shipping

    • Cost: £3.99 for tracked service

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days

    • For faster delivery with tracking, ensuring peace of mind

  • We use eco-friendly packaging, including recycled paper and no plastic, to ensure that your order arrives safely while minimizing our environmental footprint.

Returns, Refund and Exchanges

Don’t Love Your Product?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, simply email us at sales@storytellerscandles.co.uk with your name, order number, address, and whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange. We’ll send you a confirmation email along with our return address in Scotland. Ensure the item is securely packaged. Once we receive the returned item, we'll email you to confirm, and either issue your refund or dispatch a replacement, along with tracking details for the new order.

Damaged in Transit or Faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs. Email us at sales@storytellerscandles.co.uk with your name, order number, address, and a description of the damage. We may request photos of the damaged item. In your email, please specify if you would like a refund or an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. Once we have the necessary information, we’ll send you a confirmation email and a pre-paid return label.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 3-7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items for exchange must be unused and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and additional shipping fees may apply for the exchange.
